用于生化、免疫，血清等临床医学检验中获得高品质血清样本，血清分离胶是一种由数种化合物所组成之半固体惰性胶，该分离胶全部采用医用高分子材料组成，具有良好的触变性和耐热性，可避免高温分解和小分子物质析出，从而极大的降低了堵塞检验仪器管道的风险  采血离心后，将分离成血清(上层)，血清分离胶(中层)及血球(下层)，试管中间厚厚一层血清分离胶能完全隔离血清及血球，让血球无法按触到血清，从而保证了血清的纯净度。

操作时血液采集到分离胶试管后，立即轻轻地反复颠倒5-8次(使血液与促凝剂充分混匀)，待血液完全凝固后，(一般约15-30分钟左右)将分离胶管置于离心机内，离心转速保证在3000-3800rpm/min.离心10-15分钟，即可获得理想的血清，并可将此管直接置入自动生化仪内，进行生化检测。

Instructions for use:

I Invert tube 5-8times to make the blood and additive mix totally after collection

②Maintain the tube for 15-30 minutes after collection to make the blood clot.

3 Centrifuge with and rpm 3000-3800/min for 8-l0 minutes

④ The serum obtained should be transferred to another container within 2 hours after blood collection.

5 Place the tube in automatic biochemical analyzer for biochemistry testing.
